How it works

1.Fill out the form below with the details of your item.

2.We'll contact you with an offer

3.Send your item to us (we'll reimburse the shipping cost)

4.Once we have received your item and confirmed it's condition, we'll pay for the item and shipping cost (In-Store Credit or Bank Transfer)

*In some circumstances, such as when the item is not in the condition described, or when the item is stolen goods, we have the rights to refuse and/or cancel trade-ins.
*Valid for New Zealand Only
*Image and video verification of the item condition will be required
*Shipping receipt will be required.
