Do you offer custom build and repair services?
Yes. Under Mice Services, we provide shell/base swapping, battery replacement, and mechanical switch replacement. For keyboards, our Custom Keyboards section lets you configure every detail—from case and plate to switches and keycaps.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days (with the exception of custom built and op-shop items). Please review our Return Policy for conditions, restocking fees, and instructions on how to initiate a return.
What shipping regions and rates do you support?
We ship within New Zealand (NZD) and to Australia (AUD). Shipping rates vary by weight, service level, and destination—see our Shipping page for detailed rates and estimated delivery times.
