Returns & Exchanges.

• Eligibility Window: You may return unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Second-hand / op-shop items

• How to Return:

  1. Email contact@sympletech.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (NZ domestic) or instructions for your region.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back within 7 days of receiving your label.

• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different model or colour, place a new order and then return the original item for refund, following the above process.
