These terms apply to purchases and services from SympleTech through sympletech.co.nz.

Orders and pricing

Please check your order details and delivery address before submitting an order. Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. Orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items.

Delivery and preorders

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Preorder availability and estimated dispatch dates are shown with the relevant item and may change; we will notify you of material changes. If a preorder cannot be supplied, we will arrange a refund. Your rights under New Zealand consumer law remain unaffected.

Custom orders and services

Specifications, pricing, and expected timing for custom orders and repair or modification services will be agreed before work begins. Please confirm compatibility and your requirements with us before ordering.

Returns and refunds

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Opened or used items are not eligible.

Gift cards, preorders, and custom-made or personalised orders are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.

Shipping costs are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us with your order number before returning an item. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Faulty goods and your consumer rights

These change-of-mind conditions do not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If an item is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Statutory rights apply even if an item has been opened or is a gift card, preorder, or custom order. Any refund of shipping or return costs required by law will be honoured.
